Another Friday Reflection

Mommy and I apologize, kitties. What with one thing and another, my mommy hasn't had time to help me put together a movie review for this Friday. We hope to have our Friday Movie Reviews back on track next week. (If we don't, I may have to put the bitey on her nose!) However, you can never have too much inner reflection or peace, so I thought we could have another Friday Reflection. This week's reflection is inspired by the great Cat Stevens. With a name like Cat, he's got to be a great guy!

Morning has broken, like the first morning
Blackbird has spoken, like the first bird
Praise for the singing, praise for the morning
Praise for them springing fresh from the world

Sweet the rains new fall, sunlit from heaven
Like the first dewfall, on the first grass
Praise for the sweetness of the wet garden
Sprung in completeness where His feet pass

Mine is the sunlight, mine is the morning
Born of the one light, Eden saw play
Praise with elation, praise every morning
God's recreation of the new day

Inner reflection is always good to deal with things that seem to sit and dwell. The mom usually lights some candles and has some chamomile tea and it helps her relax.

We hopes you all has a relaxin weekend.
